How to Cite Virtual DSGE Lab

Citing is a great way to support the software and platform development. If you consider citing us, the preferred format is:

Virtual DSGE Lab Team. “Virtual DSGE Lab - Thales 1.0: Web-Based Interactive DSGE Simulation Engine.” https://virtual-dsge-lab.duckdns.org

2. Third-Party Computational Engine

Virtual DSGE Lab relies on server-side installations of open-source tools to execute model simulations, subject to separate licensing terms you are advised to verify:

  • Dynare (CEPREMAP): Licensed under GNU GPLv3.
  • GNU Octave: Licensed under GNU GPLv3.

This repository does not bundle or redistribute Dynare or Octave binaries; it interfaces with system-level installations via Python pipeline tools.

3. Academic Citation & Methodology (Dynare)

If you use Virtual DSGE Lab or simulation outputs generated via its Dynare integration for academic research, coursework, or publications, please also cite the primary software engine developed by the Dynare team:
